Coloring tutorial made in PSCS3. Yes, ANOTHER exclusion one. BUT..there is NO SELECTIVE COLORING. That's right. it's TRANSLATABLE!! *hears everyone gasp*

From Image and video hosting by TinyPic to Image and video hosting by TinyPic

*Very few steps. Only screen/soft light layers, and color layers.
*NO selective coloring or that stuff other programs don't have.
*Gotta love the cute kitty, right? So that makes this tut more 'exciting' :P

1. We'll start with our base. Do what you normally do to prepare bases. This coloring is preferred for slightly darker images. but you could always adjust the screen layer. Image and video hosting by TinyPic

2. I did the usual, duplicated the base and set it to screen

3. I then duplicated it again but this time i set it to soft light and desaturated it.

4. Here come the color layers. As follows:
*#02022f set at exclusion at 100%
*#b7bd8e set at soft light at 100%
*#daf7fe set at color burn at 100%
*#cbcefb set at color burn at 100%

which gets you Image and video hosting by TinyPic

And you're done :)
